Who we are?

“4 Digits Consulting – Judiciary and Public Sector Support” (further on: 4DC) is a non-government association, a part of the civil society sector in Serbia, established to support the reform of public administration, in Serbia and internationally. The goals set by 4DC are the enhancement of public administration efficiency and transparency, with the focus on development and implementation of various e-Government solutions.

4DC was founded as a consultancy NGO with the aim to form a core team, responsible for the functioning of the organization, as well as to form a pool of respectable experts, well experienced in the field of rule of law, judiciary and public administration reform projects. By doing so, 4DC is able to provide top consultancy service while remaining agile and focused on the beneficiary needs.

The core team of 4DC comprises of both legal and ICT experts experienced in justice and public administration sector reform projects, as well as an administrative team, providing financial and administrative support. The organization’s key members have extensive experience in rule of law projects, court efficiency and improved access to justice. The experts who established 4 DC have over a decade of experience in justice sector reform projects, both local and international.
