Business process analysis workshop held in the High Court Council
4 Digits Consulting conducted, as part of the USAID funded project “Institutional Strengthening of the High Court Council”, an analysis of the HCC business processes and administrative workflow streamlining. Based on the conducted analysis, 4DC prepared a document underlining the key findings and recommendations, which was presented to the HCC.
On March 24th, 2016, 4DC held a workshop in the HCC where the results of the analysis were presented to the HCC Secretary General, heads of various HCC organizational units and Administrative Office representatives.
